Trapped Emotions With Althea Mitchell

On our 25th episode, I interview Althea Mitchell and we talk about trapped emotions and how those manifest in our physical body.  She does some absolutely wonderful healing work with a modality called The Emotion Code.  She explains what it is, and how she uses it to assist people in their healing journeys.
