Can you have more than one spiritual awakening? Absolutely, and I'm calling them spiritual shifts. I'm going through another one now and it has been especially difficult this time. I'm leaving a lot of beliefs and limiting ideas I had about myself and my spiritual path behind. But what am I left with when I weed out all the things that no longer resonate? That is the scary part. I have no idea. I wanted to share this with you because it is messy and uncomfortable and not enough people talk about what happens after your first spiritual awakening.
