Today I was going to publish a different episode but I think we should focus on something else. The world feels like it’s on fire and I can’t concentrate on topics that aren’t addressing what’s at the forefront of all of my thoughts. I read and listen to news reports every morning and at scattered times during the day and it is overwhelming, terrifying, and rage inducing. It’s as if we are stuck in a Simpsons or South Park episode, and if I could just wake up from this nightmare it would all be back to whatever normal was. But this is real. And pretending it isn’t, won’t help anyone.
So here are some mundane things and some witchcraft you can do to help ground yourself and maybe bring in some better vibes to your living spaces.

She used to joke that Nemo was not from this realm and that he could see things that she had no idea about and come to find out she was right! While Nemo has helped her with everything from stagnant energy, ghosts, and now a brain tumor and chiari malformation, he’s now beginning to show her that she possess some mediumship abilities. Nemo has been the horse that taught her everything about training, riding, and caring for horses but now has gone beyond that to teach her more about herself.

The whole recording was me crying and being sad.
